Doesn’t she look like she could be the Gerber baby? Seriously, ADORABLE……and so well behaved! Willa came in for her 7 month photos on Saturday and we had a blast. It was such a beautiful evening, we even ventured outside for a few shots and I’m SO glad we did! Nate and Beth, you have a gorgeous, sweet and happy little baby. You are so blessed!!!!

Got to meet babies Landon and Lilah at the studio last Friday. They were already 8 weeks old, but only 2 days past their due date! They were born at just under 32 weeks gestation, but perfect and healthy in every way! They were my first set of newborn twins I’ve gotten to photograph, and they did such a great job!!!! Kelsey and Kurtis, you have two amazingly beautiful little babies. I hope that I get the chance to continue to photograph them as they get older!!!!!! Thank you for bringing them in!

The workshop!

I attended a workshop down in GA in April and it was AMAZING! I had so much fun and it was the perfect little get away. We had wonderful models and I learned so much! Here are a few of the hundreds I took….can’t wait to continue to edit them! Thank you Meg for the amazing experience, and all of my new friends! It was perfect!

Baby Sofia

Sweet little Sofia came into the studio today. She is the daughter of one of my very close friends and it was such a pleasure to get to take her pictures! She was a dream to work with, and slept nearly the entire time! Big brother Frankie even came at the end for a couple pictures with his new sister! They are both the sweetest little kids ever!!! Congrats Vanessa and Frank! You have a beautiful addition to your family!

Sweet Ava!

Such a fun story about how it came about for me to take Ava’s 1 year pictures! I met Ava’s mom last year while on vacation in FL. I was working out next to this adorable little blond who was 9 months pregnant! We started talking and she told me about her pregnancy, and that her baby was due in just a few weeks. I mentioned to her that I was a photographer and we stayed in touch over facebook since last March. Turns out they travel to Russia during the winter and are only in FL April through July. When I found out we were going to FL this year, I emailed her to let her know I’d be down there to see if she’d want to meet up. It just so happened that they’d be flying in from Russia during the week I was down there. We got a session scheduled within 24 hours of them arriving in FL (keep in mind there is a 9 hour time difference). It was so fun meeting Miss Ava who is as cute as can be! No one really knew what to expect from her as she was totally off on her schedule but she was AWESOME!!!! She was so happy and such a sweet little thing. We had a great time taking pictures. Kate and Ryan, I’m so happy that we were able to make it work! I hope you love your images. I had a hard time choosing which ones to post. You are a beautiful family!!!!!

Meet baby Sullivan! Isn’t he gorgeous!? He came to the studio at 12 days old. He was a bit picky about what he liked and what he didn’t like, but eventually we got lots of great poses Sullivan has a beautiful big sister, Mattea, who just turned two! She is just the cutest thing ever! Brit and Nathan, you have such a beautiful family and I am honored that you allowed me to capture Sullivan in all of his newborn goodness! Congratulations!!!!!

Fun Family

How cute is this family? I’ve gotten to know Carrie and Brent from church, and it was a pleasure meeting their 4 beautiful children. We had a fun session, their kids are hilarious! It was so fun to see how they all interacted, and it made me really excited for what’s to come as my kids get a bit older and more independent! I could really feel the love between all of them and I think it shows in these images! Love them!!!!

Look who’s 1!

Well, actually 13 months already! Landon came all the way from Detroit Lakes for a visit! He was such a happy baby and had fun exploring the studio. Landon’s mom Krista and I went to college and it was soooo great getting to see her again! We had a perfect session, and ended it by braving the cold for a few outdoor pictures with their dog Drake What an adorable family!!!!!

Little Miss Claire brought her mom and dad to the studio for 1 year pictures. The last time I saw Claire was when she was only 6 days old! When she was born, she had complications with her heart that have resulted in more than a few surgeries over the past year. You wouldn’t know she’d been through more than most adults in her short little life if you met her. She was all smiles and crawling and exploring everything. We had so much fun at her session, and she even crawled over to me more than a couple times to see her picture on the back of the camera! TOO CUTE!!!!!! Mollie and Kyle, thanks for bringing her back to see me. You have a precious little girl! Happy Birthday Claire!

Sweet little Elle

It’s been 9 months since I’ve last seen Elle. She was a tiny little newborn only about a week old when we first met. She is still as cute as ever!
